George Weis took on a comprehensive scope of work at the new 5 story St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL delivering exceptional results. Our expertise encompassed various crucial tasks, both for the exterior and interior of the facility.

We meticulously handled all aspects of the steel stud framing and sheathing.  Additionally, our team expertly installed the drywall and carried out finishing the drywall, resulting in high quality finishes throughout the facility.

A unique part of this project was not only the very large size of the job but we prefabricated the typical bathrooms off site and they were craned into the building when it was ready.  This cost more up front but helped the owners schedule.  This was our first attempt at large scale prefabrication and we learned a lot from the experience.
