Millstadt, IL – EIFS (Dryvit) Repair Project

We’re in the process of repairing EIFS that was damaged from repeated flooding from clogged drains and drainage during heavy rains over many decades.  The EIFS was still in decent shape but the sheathing behind it was rotten due to the water damage. It appeared to be damaged stucco but was EIFS.

As the selected plastering contractor, we removed the EIFS and sheathing down to the steel studs.  We then installed new base flashing, sheathing and EIFS to seal the wall more water tight then the original.  Here are some progress pictures of the Stucco/EIFS repair.
