Exterior EIFS Restoration complete on Renaissance Hotel in downtown St. Louis.

Exterior EIFS Restoration is complete on the historic  Renaissance Grand Hotel at 800 Washington Avenue. George Weis Company worked with ISC Contracting to repair exterior storm damage.  Damaged stucco was removed, new structural framing was first added, followed by the installation of sheathing and EIFS by  ‘Dryvit’   to match existing historic building.
