Wayne City, IL Pre K-12 School nears completion of Plastering and EIFS

We’re working with Holland Construction Services on the new 105,000 SF $6.9 million Wayne City, IL Pre K-12 school which will be completed at the end of the summer.   The acoustical ceilings are currently being installed along with finishing up the veneer plaster on the project.  Due to the very high durability, aesthetic appeal, scheduling advantages and many other benefits, the majority of the school is finished with veneer plaster.  Being the plastering contractor on the project we are also installing Dryvit EIFS on the exterior canopies.
